Welcome to the Walsall College Online Bursary Application Portal -

Please ensure you have all of your evidence of household income ready to be uploaded and also note that no awards will be made until students are fully enrolled and have started their course.

Any applications submitted without household income evidence, or incomplete evidence, will be returned to the student. Students who had previously approved applications to the Bursary fund will need to reapply as we have entered a new financial and Academic year.


If you are a new student joining us from September 2021, please do not attempt to apply for financial support until Monday 2nd August 2021 when applications for next year open. Any applications made before this date will be removed and not considered.



Please enter your student number to register. This can be found on any correspondence that has been sent to you from the College. Once you have input your student number you will then need to enter your date of birth and also create a password for your Online Bursary Account.

After registering you will be you will be sent either an Activation Email to the email address we have on the College system or a text message with a verification code depending on the method of activation you select. If you select email, we advise that you allow up to 5 minutes for the this to come through and check all inboxes (including your junk). 

If you do not know your student number, please contact the Admissions team to obtain this by emailing AdmissionsandFinance@walsallcollege.ac.uk. Please provide your full name and date of birth when contacting the team. In the event that you do not receive your activation email, please contact the Admissions team via the above contact method as it is likely the email address held on the system for you is incorrect.



If you have already registered then please enter your student number, date of birth and your password.
